On November 24, 2009, Habitat Greenville dedicated a house that was refurbed this fall with the help of community volunteers. The Doll family was presented with the keys to their house, a Bible, a gift basket with cleaning supplies, and a Thanksgiving food basket donated and presented by Piedmont Natural Gas.  Thanks to everyone who made this happen!

On November 20, Fluor volunteers spent their last day working on the site in Travelers Rest! They powerwashed the driveway and went over the punch list.  Thanks to all the volunteers who worked on the Fluor Build. The house looks great!

With the inside of the house mostly complete, Women Build volunteers went back outside for landscaping this past weekend. They did a lot of raking to get the ground ready, then planted plants and put down sod!

After landscaping last weekend, AMEC/Baldor volunteers were back in Travelers Rest adding the final touches to the yard!

On November 14, 2009, volunteers from Furman’s Habitat chapter and the community helped homeowner Katie celebrate her birthday while finishing the landscaping of the Furman-sponsored house built this spring.
